What to do next?


I've been cooking for fun for years.  Some think I should take it up a notch...telling me, truthfully I hope, that the meals I create are the best they've had.  I want to believe them.  They are the best I've had!


But what next?  hmmmm....the lifelong dilemma.


I'll work on it.  For now?  Take some notes, try some food and let me know what you think!
